As a sailing enthusiast, Rick Flowers relishes a fine, clear day, but he also knows the importance of being prepared for clouds and rough waters. That emphasis on preparation has led Rick to specialize in retirement solutions and estate needs analysis.

Rick Flowers has been a Financial Representative for nearly 29 years and has served as a Managing Director within the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network since 1997. He joins Steve Randall in leading Northwestern Mutual Financial Network-Rye Brook, emphasizing excellence, integrity and understanding, and serving as a role model for new representatives.

Rick Flowers is past president of the Estate Planning Council of Lower Fairfield County, staying on top of the latest trends in estate needs analysis. He is also a member and past president of The Society for Financial Service Professionals, Fairfield County Chapter, committed to helping individuals, families and businesses achieve financial security.

MJ graduated from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY in 2007 where she double majored in Business Management with concentration in Human Resources and self-designed her second major in Psychology and Sociology. MJ always had a passion for Human Resources, which she will continue to pursue while obtaining an MBA. While at Manhattanville, MJ was the President of the Human Resources Club, and represented Manhattanville College in the annual Student Regional games for Society of Human Resources.

Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual Financial Network – Rye Brook, MJ had the opportunity to Intern with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in her last semester of senior year in college. It was during that internship experience that she chose to come on board full time upon graduation in August 2007.

Steven Randall knows the pleasure that comes from exploring new territory—plus the confidence that comes from taking risks and overcoming obstacles. He encourages the Financial Representatives of Northwestern Mutual Financial Network-Rye Brook to help clients explore, prepare, and achieve personal growth and success. Steven joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as a Financial Representative in 1999, and with Rick Flowers now leads Northwestern Mutual Financial Network-Rye Brook.

Steven has earned professional designations including Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant.
